The use of the domain name, "VillaIngenieux.com" has been assigned to you with the sale of the property. You are free to use it as long as you continue to own the Villa. This domain is the worldwide 'address' for any website associated with it. The domain covers not only VillaIngenieux.com but also the subdomain of doc.VillaIngenieux.com as well. Like all domain names, VillaIngenieux.com must be administered and serviced through a qualified ICANN registrar. The domain is owned by and secured through Incubator Creative Group as the registrar and the annual domain renewal is due in July of each year. The domain renewal fee is included in the website administration and web hosting package (below).
Website Administration & Hosting
Incubator Creative Group also provides the server and web hosting services that contain all the digital files and media associated with the VillaIngenieux.com and doc.VillaIngenieux.com websites. Basic administration of the websites are also handled by Incubator Creative Group. This includes server storage, maintenance and updates, MySQL and CMS management, and the initial editing of the Villa documentation website. Additional website and design services and/or consulting services are available for additional fees over and above the basic annual website renewal fees shown below. The annual renewal rates shown below also include the domain renewal fees (explained above). The service renews annually in July and failure to pay the renewal fee by July 10th will trigger the termination of the website. A one-year website renewal is $299.
